      The Workout Editor screen allows you to change all the parameters for a particular workout. Selecting an exercise will display a video of the exercise, and allow you to change the weights, reps, or sets of the exercise. The exercise may be moved up or down in the list, sets may be added or deleted, and exercises may be added from the list on the left all by clicking the appropriate buttons. The available exercise list can be set to display only certain exercises based on type of exercise; equipment used, or affected joints - or by choosing an activity group (choosing an activity group would display only the exercises used to train for the activity selected). The workout sessions are displayed in the schedule at the top right of the screen. To display a different session's exercises, simply click on the schedule.

 
 

When the generate workout button is pressed on the main screen, the first step in the workout wizard displays the five different ways a workout can be created. Continue will continue the selected workout for the following week, Automatic will create a new workout automatically, Assisted and Manual are similar in that the workout is created manually, but assisted has pre-selected exercises in groups to choose from. And finally, Preset will create a workout from a workout that has already been saved.

Workout generation in Exercise Explorer is very sophisticated, yet easy to use. The various methods of creating workouts give any trainer plenty of flexibility to create professional workouts quickly and easily that are custom tailored to the clients needs.
