      Workout cards are printed to show the exercises for each workout session, and to show the weights, reps, and sets. There are areas on the cards to complete that allow the exercises to be tracked. Entering this information into the system is a simple process. Exercise cards can also be printed to remind the client of the form, instructions, and cautions for each exercise. The exercise and workout cards fit in a convenient wallet.

 
 

The reports printed by Exercise Explorer show all aspects of the results entered. When the Print Reports button is pressed, a set of workouts to include in the report is chosen. When a client has many workouts that have been entered, providing two reports, one overall and one for the past two weeks, will provide more information for the client.

Comments can easily be added to reports about the clients progress, improvement necessary, or next appointment information to the first page of the report. The logos can be changed to any graphic of your choice. The sections of the report are Workout History, Personal Information, Strength Exercise Tracking, and Aerobic Exercise Tracking. Charts are presented for each exercise showing progress. There are tables at the end of each section that summarize statistics about that section.
