Avery 8387 Ink Jet Postcard stock. This is a standard blank card stock used to print workout and exercise cards with Exercise Explorer. There are 4 cards per 8 1/2 x 11 sheet. This is a heavy weight card stock that has micro-perforations so the cards can be seperated easily.

Exercise Explorer will print cards on any 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, however this card stock makes it very convenient, and professional.
