       The following is a list of computer hardware requirements for the Exercise Explorer program. These requirements give the minimum system capabilities that are needed to operate the program.

- Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP

   

CPU:

 

- Pentium class processor

  

- 32 MByte RAM

   

Storage:

 

- Hard Drive with 250MByte available space

  

- CD-ROM Drive

   

Display:

 

- 800 x 600 resolution

  

- 65,536 colors (16-bit) or Greater

   

Audio:

 

- Sound Card and Speakers recommended
