      The Workout Editor is displayed whenever you create or modify a workout. The Workout Editor allows you to view or modify workouts with a simple to use interface. A video of any exrecise selected is displayed for reference.

The exercise list to choose exercises from can be filtered by type of equipment used, or by body areas, so if you wanted to see just the execiss for the stabiliry ball, Simply select the Exercise Group.

 
 

The Workout Editor is where you can create or change any parameter of the workout. You can add and delete exercises, add sets, change the weights and reps, and change the order of the exercises.

A Workout is a one week long period of exercise, and can have as many as 14 individual, customized, workout sessions. This schedule can be edited as desired.

Workouts can be saved as Preset Workouts to be used later as templates for new workouts.
