Club Edition Main Screen

This is the main Club Edition screen. There are no menus, simply buttons to press to access the desired functions. The current trainer is displayed at the top of the screen, and can be logged out to add, edit, or delete trainers. When the trainer has logged out, other trainers can be logged in.

The client information is presented below the trainer. The clients displayed are typically the ones associated with the current trainer, however clicking on the All Clients radio button will allow the current trainer to access any client in the database. Clients can easily be assigned to different trainers if desired. You can Add, Edit, and Delete clients, and you can send them e-mail. Information about the client is shown to the right of the clients name.

The Workout area allows new workouts to be generated, or the selected workout can be printed or edited. The print exercise cards button allows you to select any exercises in the database to print as exercise cards.

The tracking area lets you enter results, or print reports for the client. Fitness Evaluations for the client can be input, or viewed, by pressing the button.

At the bottom of the screen is the Launcher. Here, various detail screens can be displayed to show body actions, activities, exercises, or muscles. The Explore button allows you to dynamically view the relationships between exercises, muscles, and activities. The Videos button allows you to view seven 4 to 6 minute minutes videos on exercise related topics such as muscle soreness, how strength increases, the effects of exercise on aging, and basics on the anatomy of muscles. These videos are presented by Dr. Lawrence A. Golding.

Help for the program is available by pressing the question mark button in the upper right, or by pressing the F1 key anytime.
