Exercise Explorer is committed to protecting your privacy online. Please read the following statements concerning the treatment of your personal information as you use the web site. The Exercise Explorer web site is owned and operated by E2 Systems Inc.

Voluntary Information

Exercise Explorer does not collect personal information about any web site user except when knowingly provided by that user. For example, we will ask you for information when you register your product. You are not required to provide the information we request, but you may not be able to access certain services and support unless you do. Normal use of the web site will not be affected.

E-Mail Addresses

We use your e-mail address to provide support and other services. Exercise Explorer does not sell, rent or exchange your identifiable customer information, including e-mail addresses.

Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that some web sites write to your computer's hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain varied information. Exercise Explorer uses cookies only for keeping track of web site visits. We use this data anonymously and we do not match this information with personal data of any user.

Most web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla) automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings as to how cookies are handled. However, if you disable the receipt of cookies in your browser, you may not be able to use certain features of the site.

Financial Information

When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing and mailing addresses, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to notify you of the order status, to process, and to send your order. We will securely store your financial information and restrict access to the information. Your credit card information will reside on our server only until your order is complete, and then will be masked.

Browser Information

The Exercise Explorer web servers automatically collect information about a user's IP address, browser type and sometimes a referrer by reading this information from the browser. This information is provided by every browser and is collected in a database. The information gathered is not used individually, but rather as a whole from all users to provide us with an overall view of our web site usage.

How We Use Information

The main reason for collecting user information is to enhance your experience on our web site and with our products. We do this by providing information about new products and updates (if you so desire) to the email address you have provided.

Exercise Explorer is a free web site and we derive revenues from selling our products. Currently we do not share any user information with anyone. However, if advertisers or business partners are interested in advertising on or being associated with the site, then this personal information, in aggregate, may be shared or presented. If you do not want your information to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer of your information by not using that particular service.

Be aware that any links on our site that you may choose to visit may collect personally identifiable information about you. The privacy policies of those sites are not covered by this privacy statement as they are out of our control.

Children

This site is not intended for use by children, especially those under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information. In the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from making any purchases online.

Security

The security of our site and access to our server has been implemented to be extremely secure. Therefore, unauthorized parties should not be able to access any data. However, Exercise Explorer cannot make an absolute guarantee of security. If our security is breached, Exercise Explorer shall not be responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from or relating to the breach.
